These terms govern your use of Threads Agent (“the App”, “we”). By connecting your Threads account, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not connect the App.
1. What the App does
The App connects to your own Threads profile through the official Threads API and helps you draft, publish and schedule posts, read replies, and view statistics about your own content. It acts only on the account you connect, and only within the permissions you grant.
2. Eligibility
You must own or be authorised to manage the Threads account you connect, be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country), and have a Threads account in good standing.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for everything published through the App from your account.
- Do not use the App to publish unlawful content, spam, harassment, or anything that breaches the Threads Community Guidelines or Meta’s Platform Terms.
- Do not use the App to automate behaviour Meta prohibits, such as bulk unsolicited replies or artificial engagement.
- Keep your access credentials private.
4. Content ownership
Your content stays yours. We claim no ownership of anything you create or publish through the App. You grant us only the technical permission needed to transmit that content to Threads on your behalf.
5. Availability
The App is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It depends on the Threads API, which Meta may change, restrict or discontinue at any time; such changes may break features without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that published content will reach any particular audience.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost reach, lost revenue, or for any action Meta takes against your account, including suspension or content removal.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the App at any time by revoking its access in your Threads settings (Settings → Website permissions). We may suspend access if the App is used in breach of these terms or of Meta’s policies. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
What data the App collects and how it is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Instructions, which form part of these terms.
9. Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with an updated date. Continued use after that means you accept the change.

Ці умови регулюють користування застосунком Threads Agent. Підключаючи свій акаунт Threads, ви їх приймаєте. Якщо не згодні — не підключайте застосунок.
1. Що робить застосунок
Підключається до вашого профілю Threads через офіційний Threads API: допомагає готувати, публікувати та планувати пости, читати відповіді й дивитися статистику власного контенту. Діє лише в межах підключеного акаунта та наданих вами дозволів.
2. Хто може користуватися
Ви маєте володіти акаунтом Threads, який підключаєте, або мати право ним керувати, і бути віком від 13 років (або від мінімального віку у вашій країні).
3. Ваші обов’язки
- Ви відповідаєте за весь контент, опублікований через застосунок з вашого акаунта.
- Не публікувати незаконний контент, спам, цькування — усе, що порушує правила спільноти Threads і Platform Terms від Meta.
- Не автоматизувати те, що Meta забороняє: масові непрохані відповіді, штучна активність.
- Тримати облікові дані в таємниці.
4. Права на контент
Контент залишається вашим. Ми не претендуємо на права власності — лише на технічний дозвіл передати цей контент у Threads від вашого імені.
5. Доступність сервісу
Застосунок надається «як є», без жодних гарантій. Він залежить від Threads API, який Meta може змінити чи припинити будь-коли — функції можуть зламатися без попередження. Безперервну роботу й охоплення публікацій не гарантуємо.
6. Обмеження відповідальності
У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, втрачене охоплення чи дохід, а також за дії Meta щодо вашого акаунта — блокування чи видалення контенту.
7. Припинення
Ви можете припинити користування будь-коли, відкликавши доступ у налаштуваннях Threads (Налаштування → Дозволи вебсайтів). Ми можемо призупинити доступ у разі порушення цих умов або політик Meta. Після припинення дані обробляються згідно з Політикою конфіденційності.
8. Конфіденційність
Які дані збираються і як видаляються — у Політиці конфіденційності та інструкції з видалення даних. Вони є частиною цих умов.
9. Зміни
Нова редакція публікується на цій сторінці з оновленою датою. Подальше користування означає згоду зі змінами.
